WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO BE A MOTIVATOR?
Sometimes in the past I have had difficulty motivating myself. I want to be the type of person who can inspire others to commit and work hard to achieve greatness. Since I have started motivating at Inner Cycle I have been inspired to dig deep for my goals, and I hope to make others feel the same way.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE OF CLASS AT IC?
I try to make my classes upbeat, motivating, challenging, and of course, really sweaty. I want people to walk into IC and know that they are going to be successful and challenged, but at the same time walk out the doors undefeated and excited to come back.
MOST LIKELY TO BE FOUND WHERE WHEN YOU ARE NOT ON A SPIN BIKE?
I am currently a teacher at Sacred Heart High School, as well as a high school and community soccer coach. When I am not on the bike you can either find me in the classroom with curious minds, or on the soccer field. I love everything about my career because it doesn’t feel like a “job”. I enjoy collaborating, working out problems, and plainly just spending time with the people I love! If all else fails, you can find me under a blanket reading a book, or just as likely watching Netflix.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF LIVING IN OUR CITY?
Familiar faces. I love being able to rely on seeing a friendly face wherever I go. It makes me feel at peace and at home. I also love giving back to the community I grew up in because it gave so much to me.
WHAT TELEVISION SHOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY AROUND IN ORDER TO SEE IT LIVE?
Wait for it… The Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bachelor in Paradise. Don’t get me wrong, I know that this show is loaded with staged encounters and drama, but life gets busy and Mondays and Tuesdays are days that I can count on getting together with my girlfriends to indulge in some entertainment on TV.
