I was hooked from the first class ( which was free) everyone is nice and accomadating from the minute you walk in the door. Such great motivation from the spin instructors and always a high five at the end and a “good job”. Don’t be afraid of the endurance level needed, you can go at your own resistance level but still keep up with everyone else. You won’t regret trying it out.
