We provide a full body, low impact, and high intensity workout. We incorporate aerobic activity that results in a killer leg workout with additional moves and use of weights to strengthen the upper body and core. That being said, YOU control the intensity of your ride. The Motivators are there to ensure you are giving it your all, no matter what that may be.
