What motivates you to be a motivator?
I motivate because we all have bad days. Spin is 50 positive minutes that can turn a rough day around by entering a room full of people who support and believe in you. I’ve been on that bike after having a terrible day and walked out feeling like a completely different person. The sense of community, joy and determination that is cultivated between the IC walls is like no other. I motivate with the hope that I can help create 50 minutes of positivity throughout someone’s day, or make a bad day feel better with a little help from sweat therapy. I hope to create a space that everyone feels welcome in and looks forward to each ride.

How would you describe your style of class at IC?
A pal told me that my class was fierce but encouraging, so I think that’s good! I would like to say that my classes will challenge you to push outside of your comfort zone all while having the time of your life. You will often find me refraining from belting out the lyrics to classic songs or doing my very best to dance on a stationary bike because I just love the music so much!
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Strong-willed, patient, benevolent
What is your nick name?
Superduty (Last name Ford… Thanks to my soccer coach), Kaylz, Kale
