Amanda James

Hearing Amanda James‘s journey of 350 rides hits me straight in the 🖤 We truly do feel like you all are our family!
Here’s to 350 more!! 🥂 #spinfam

“I first thought about trying out a spin class as soon as Inner Cycle had opened their doors, it wasn’t until about a month or so later that I finally took that plunge and booked my first ride!
🖤
I was in my head saying to myself that I’d never be able to do it, and what if I look stupid in front of the entire class, but what I LOVE most is how welcome they make every first time rider feel!
🖤
Every single person is at their own level when walking in, and there is ZERO judgement! I fell in love with spin as soon as I saw those lights dim down and that first beat had dropped! (Anyone close to me knows I love my EDM 😊) Of course I couldn’t do every pump and dip to the beat and couldn’t get my feet to keep up, but almost 350 rides later, I can keep up (at most times) to every single beat during an entire ride, and I cannot be more proud of myself!
🖤
I have kept up with riding because obviously I love it, but it feels like a family once you walk in the studio! From walking in and seeing the staff at the front desk smiling and saying hello, to that 50 minutes later, fist bumping your motivator on the way out and feeling so accomplished!
🖤
Thank you to the IC family & all motivators for keeping things constantly fresh with new music, challenges, theme rides, etc! You will not get bored, I promise! I can’t wait to ride my next 350 rides with all of you! ✌🏼”

Marian Belitsky

Marian’s first visit to Inner Cycle was May 2017 thanks to her son Clint. Clint is a firefighter and regular rider in Saskatoon. He asked her last minute so she didn’t have time to even think about it but she didn’t hesitate to say YES. They rode with Samantha Jaye and had a great time!
🖤
They are experienced cyclists who ride every second year 55kms in MS BIKE Waskesiu, the largest fundraising cycling series in North America. Their family has a personal connection to the cause.
🖤
The Belitsky’s have always been an active family with health as a priority. Marian works in a doctor’s office and knows the importance of a regular exercise routine. 165 rides later Marian says its the energy of the motivators, the conversations with fellow riders and welcoming atmosphere of Inner Cycle is what keeps her motivated and coming back!
🖤
Thank you Marian for your support in life and business. We appreciate you!

Rhea Denesik

Rhea first came to Inner Cycle Sept. 12, 2016 after her treadmill broke and all the girls from work were going. Inner Cycle had just opened that week.
🖤
She said, “My first ride was with Morgan Rieger, I sat in the back corner and was nervous. I didn’t know what to expect or if I was going to be able to do it! Christina Santo sat in the back beside me to keep me company. Love her for that! It took a year until I came out of that back corner.” Now, almost 400 rides later Rhea confidently rides front row and comes early to make sure she gets her favorite bike every time!
🖤
Rhea says she loves the good vibes when you walk in the door. “It’s the motivation of the team atmosphere and the feeling of everyone working together with the same goal that keeps me coming back everyday, often twice a day!” Her motivation and love of spin has rubbed off on her family too! Whenever the kids are in town visiting she gets to babysit her granddaughter and they come for a ride!
🖤
Rhea also enjoys running 10k races but due to medication side effects has only been able to spin this year. She says its keeps her muscles strong and feels way better when she stays active.
